Gathan Anderson

Gathan "Cordell" Anderson founded HomeCars in December 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. As CEO, he promotes and facilitates strategic alliances and partnerships with industry-leading corporations, enabling HomeCars to integrate cutting-edge technologies into its service offerings.

His responsibilities include marketing the company's services, coordinating targeted corporate goals, and pursuing additional projects that align with the company's vision. Anderson's efforts have been instrumental in establishing key organizational aspects such as long-range strategic planning, service support management, and the development of service standard processes.

Throughout his career, Anderson has received numerous accolades:

  • In 2004, he earned his Wisconsin Sales Associate license from the premier Shorewest Realtors school and subsequently obtained his Broker Associate license.
  • In 2006, he became the first African American agent at Shorewest to win the companywide grand prize, outshining over 1,600 agents and winning $2,000 along with a nine-day, first-class trip to Dublin, Ireland.

From 2010 to 2018, Anderson managed and organized several low-income housing programs, including the Harambee Housing Project, Harambee Development Corp, CITIES project, and Fortunate Futures. Under his leadership, he collaborated with multiple banks, acquiring over 75 homes and successfully selling all of them for less than $15,000 each. This initiative provided many first-time homebuyers the opportunity for homeownership while revitalizing blighted communities.

Tyronda Hunt

Tyronda Hunt is an accomplished leader, esteemed as both the founder and CEO of Elite Paradigm. With over 20 years of corporate experience in compliance and management within the biotech industry, she has established herself as a trusted authority in her field. Ms. Hunt holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University, further enhancing her expertise and capabilities.

As CEO, Ms. Hunt plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of Elite Paradigm. With her extensive background in management consultation, business development, strategic implementation, and industry collaboration, Ms. Hunt has effectively positioned Elite Paradigm as a respected and accomplished firm within the industry.

Tom Fritz

HomeCars welcomes you. As the owner of TF Specialty Problem Solver LLC, Tom Fritz is both creative at financial funding and negotiating for his clients. He started TF Specialty Problem Solver LLC in 2016 due to having so many clients needing his expertise. With over 30 years of experience, he helps clients get funding for their projects such as Residential, Non Owner Investment Properties, Multi-family, Commercial, and Special Purchase properties like Daycare, Automotive Shops, Land, Church Funeral Homes, Energy Projects, etc.

Prior to starting his business, Tom was a influential leader in financial marketing and direct sales. He was published in the 2017 Iceberg Report for achieving one of the highest producing in brokering sales in the mortgage industry through Visio. Tom is a well-respected Independent Consultant throughout Wisconsin, and is now branching out nationwide!

Tom Fritz grew up in the small town of Hartford, WI. At the young age of 16 Tom started door to door sales. It was at this point that Tom knew he wanted to be involved in sales. He loved interacting with potential clients earning their trust and getting them what they needed. This lead to a successful roles across a variety of companies. He is now married to his wife Brenda. He has four children and seven grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys going to games, spending time with his family, and catching up on new financial niches.

Gerardo Martinez

Gerardo Martinez is a seasoned financial professional with a bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-Milwaukee and an MBA from the University of South Carolina – Aiken. With a background as a Collections Manager and Financial Educator, Gerardo brings extensive expertise in financial management and strategy. His commitment to community engagement is evident through his active involvement in the Brown Deer Community, where he is currently pending approval as a Board Member. Gerardo's dedication extends to mentoring high school students, demonstrating his passion for nurturing talent and fostering growth.

As a father of two and a supportive husband of 15 years, Gerardo values family and enjoys traveling to all-inclusive resorts. In his free time, he relishes moments at the playground with his boys, exploring breweries, and engaging in karaoke sessions.

Dr. AnnaMaria Bliven

Dr. AnnaMaria Bliven is a Champion for Changed Lives and the founder of Onward and Upward, a 501(c)3, non-profit organization aimed at helping people experiencing homelessness to have jobs and a home and never be without a home ever again. She is the founder of Prosperity Pathways and co-founder of Future Forward Academy, with both companies created for people to get a job, keep a job, level up and not mess up in their lives and careers.

She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Arizona State University, Master of Arts in Communication from West Virginia University, a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Colorado Tech University - Online, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is determined to make her credentials count in the lives of other people she is called upon to assist with their employment, entrepreneurial endeavors, and career development. Dr. Bliven is a ten times published author, highly sought after public speaker and someone who stands ready whenever and wherever people need her expertise.
